Documents will be accepted at the front door of the building from 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Registered Land is by appointment only - please call us with any questions or to schedule a Registered Land recording- (413)443-7438.

Consumer Notification Service

William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth and Patricia M. Harris, Berkshire Middle District Register of Deeds, have implemented the Consumer Notification Service program. The Consumer Notification Service offers the ability for consumers to submit their names or business names to be monitored for potential fraudulent activity by receipt of a notification from the Registry of Deeds whenever a document containing submitted names is recorded.
